LM potency tips

Simple summary of  directions for the use of LM potencies.

🦚 The remedy must be homeopathic  §246

🦚 The remedy must be highly potentised i.e. prepared by the LM method §246

🦚 The remedy must be given in small doses i.e. dissolved in water before administration to the patient §246

🦚 The remedy must be repeated at suitable intervals §246

🦚 The potency must be changed before each dose by succussion §246. 

The solution is to be succussed.

🦚 Potency must start with the lower LM 1 and proceed to the higher level of needed  §246 footnote.

🦚 Even long acting remedies can be repeated §248

🦚 Dosing is continued while there is steady improvement and the patient does not experience a symptom he has not had before. §248

🦚 If a new set of different symptoms are seen, then another more appropriate remedy must be looked for. §248

🦚 If an aggravation occurs as an intensification of the original symptoms, at the end of treatment, then the doses must be reduced in quantity and repeated at longer intervals, or stopped altogether to see if the symptoms will continue to disappear by themselves. In which case either no more medicine will be needed or continuation of the remedy if, after a certain period, symptoms continue. §248

🦚 Continue with a medicine that is working well and not producing new distressing symptoms using succussion between doses until a mild return of symptoms occurs showing this medicine might not be needed further.

🦚 No dose of a highly potentised remedy can be too small that it won't be stronger than the natural disease, that it cannot at least partially overcome it and that it cannot start the process of cure. §279

He says :

" *It was easier for me than for many hundred others to discover and discern the signs of psora, both those still slumbering and latent in the interior and those roused up out of the interior into serious chronic diseases, by careful comparison of the state of health of all affected with it with myself, because I, as is rarely the case, was never psoric, and hence, from my birth till now, when I am in my eightieth year, I have always remained completely exempt from all the ailments (great and small) described here and further on, though I am otherwise very susceptible to acute epidemic diseases, and although I have undergone much mental labor and thousands of emotional mortifications.*"
