63 yrs old male came with severe acute episodes of acute abdomen then they approached surgeon, they took scan, and they advised inpatient admissions, after that he came to homeopathy... Had few paracetamol for acute situations,
Suffered with severe gastric neurosis and acute abdominal pain > & longs icy cold water ++++ regurgitations of food as soon as it is eaten.
Tongue white, nausea++, more hunger and perspiration at night.

Had past history of pthisis.(took ATT in allopathy)

Started with LM 1 in aqueous solutions
Dosages
Hourly dosages at starting each time after 10 strong Succussions
After few days od
After a week placebo continues till date without relapses and no requirement of anymore Dose's.
Diet:
with simple fresh juices as diet, nil solid for 7days
Result :
Improved very well
within a week ,.he Had improved well with his appetite, he ate well, there was no regurgitations, slept well in nights. Still he continuing the second best remedy (nihilinum).

In clinical practice, we must give importance to patient(s) repeated versions and what they stresses (symptomd genius) as his/her complaints... (Prime complaint) then we can add what we observe from them (signs).
