Conclusion
Here I used Arsenicum album, based on edematous skin eruption with Itching and burning > from exposing the area of lesion into direct sun heat, < wearing gold chains (metal), < Cold bathing, < Non-vegetarian food, egg, chicken and fish. I had a thought on Thuja occidentalis a complementary. However, it not required. The patient benefitted by first prescription itself.
