 In our era,  during dengue epidemics in tamilnadu our Homeopathy system helped a lot. , 

When patients regularly consulting a good homeopathic physician for his/her health issues , ofcourse they may get proper antipsoric treatments and all. So they definitely don't need inoculations like vaccine shots. Hahnemann recommended that , homeopathy physician must be a family physician.
